Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options

  • Australia Post - Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
  • Express Post: Available for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all mainland states and territories of Australia, including Tasmania. Please be aware that delivery to remote locations such as the Northern Territory and regional Western Australia may take longer than the estimated delivery times.

PO Box / Parcel Locker

We support delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers nationwide through Australia Post.

Shipping Cost Disclosure

Shipping prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cervanique is not currently registered for GST; no GST is added to shipping charges.

International Shipping

Currently, Cervanique offers international shipping to New Zealand. Please note that any duties, import taxes, or destination GST are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at joekimabrigo9988@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Remedy on Excessive Delay

If the delivery service is not rendered within a reasonable time, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL s.61). Contact us and we will offer a remedy including refund, re-delivery, or cancellation as appropriate. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
